MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 c. mayonnaise or 1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
2 c. flour
2 tsp. Baker's cocoa
1 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add soda to warm water. Add soda water to flour mixture a little at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured cake pans or prepared 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

BUTTER/CREAM ICING:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk

Mix and spread over cooled cake.

CARAMEL ICING:

3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter

Mix and cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Cool and beat until easy to spread. if it gets too stiff, add a teaspoon or two of milk to soften.
