SAUSAGE STUFFED APPLES 
1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples

Cook sausage and onions until sausage is no longer pink. Cut 1/2 inch slice from top apple core, remove apple pulp leaving 1/2 shell. Chop apple pulp, add sausage with raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill apples with sausage mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
