MICROWAVE APPLE SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
5 c. fresh bread cubes
3 c. chopped apple (3 med.)
2 eggs, beaten
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

In 10 x 6 x 2 inch microwavable baking dish, crumble sausage; stir in celery and onion. Heat 6 to 8 minutes on high until sausage is browned, stirring twice, drain.

Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly. Heat, covered 4 to 6 minutes on high, giving dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Heat thoroughly for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
