SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, boil 8 or 9 potatoes with skins 45 minutes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Whip potatoes after removing skins with ingredients. Can be frozen at this point. (DO NOT FREEZE TOPPING.)

Topping:

1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (not melted or soft, but like for pie crust)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Cut butter into flour, then add brown sugar. Add pecans and mix. Put on potatoes right before baking.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
