1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. soft butter

Beat well the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, vanilla and butter and beat until smooth. Add the cream. Stir until mixture is well blended.

Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes, until firm.
