BROWN SUGAR PIE 
2 c. brown sugar, NOT firmly packed
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Pecans (optional)

Combine flour with brown sugar; add melted butter. Mix well. In separate bowl, beat eggs, add milk and lemon juice. Pour into sugar mixture gradually. Add pecans, if desired. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes more or until filling is firm.
