PEACH PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, soft
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. diced fresh peaches

Cream butter, sugar, and flour. Stir in salt and sugar. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Add peaches and pour in pie shell. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix. Add in 2 tablespoons soft butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Bake about 35-40 minutes or until a knife in center comes clean.
