PEACH CRUMB PIE 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. peeled & sliced peaches
1 deep-dish pie crust shell

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees. In a large bowl combine 1/4 cup flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour mixture into pie shell.

For topping: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie. Bake on preheated baking sheet 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
