PEACH CRUMBLE PIE 
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, room temp.
1/4 c. chopped pecans

FILLING:

3 to 4 lbs. sliced peaches
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Dash ginger

Combine ingredients of filling and pour into pie shell. Combine topping and cover filling. Place oven rack at lowest position and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 45 minutes. If topping begins to brown too much, cover loosely with foil.
