CRAB QUICHE 
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
5 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. milk or half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Sprinkle cheese into pie shell. Beat eggs; mix with milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with crabmeat. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees until firm. Serves 6.
