CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
1 extra lg. Pet-Ritz pie crust, thawed
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crab meat
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. finely ground Swiss cheese
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Beat eggs together with milk and mayonnaise. Add crab meat, onions and salt and pepper. Blend well. Add cheese, blend well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until golden and firm. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
