CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. Half and Half
1/2 c. tartar sauce
2 green onions, slice thin
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pie shell, baked
Cayenne pepper

Lightly beat eggs. Add Half and Half, beat well. Fold into eggs, onions, crab meat and cheese. Pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle with pepper.

Cook 10 to 12 minutes in microwave on 70% heat. Rotate 3 times during cooking. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
