CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
2 eggs
1 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. grated sharp or cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. crab meat or 4 1/2 oz. can
8" baked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, cream and salt. Combine cheese and crab meat and spread evenly on bottom of crust. Pour in cream mixture. Bake on lowest rack of oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serves 4 to 6.
