CRAB QUICHE 
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1 lb. crabmeat
4 c. grated Swiss cheese (1 1/4 lb.)
Parsley for top
8 slices bacon, fry and crumble

Recipe can be halved. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 3 pie plates with Pam. In a large bowl, beat until smooth the first 5 ingredients. Pour mixture in 3 pie plates for the bottom of your quiche.

Top the mixture with a layer of crabmeat, next with Swiss cheese, next with bacon and parsley last. Bake "quiche" for 35 to 40 minutes (until a knife, inserted in center, comes out clean).
