CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
12 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Bake potatoes, be sure to prick with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out centers, leaving inch thick shell.

Beat centers in large mixing bowl until mashed. Beat in butter, milk, salt and pepper. Spoon into shells and place in baking sheet. (Can be made ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight.)

Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, in large bowl. (Can be made and refrigerated overnight.) Mound crab mixture into stuffed potatoes. Press bacon pieces on top and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until heated through.
