CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp. paprika

Can add dash of hot sauce for more cajun taste.

Bake potatoes until done. Cut in half lengthwise and scrape out shells. Whip all together. Add crab meat last. Sprinkle with paprika. Reheat in hot oven 15 minutes. Also freezes great. Just thaw and reheat.
