CRISPY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Grape Nuts Flakes

Remove skin from chicken, debone. Dip chicken in milk, then in Grape Nuts Flakes (roll with rolling pin). Bake in teflon pan at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Do not turn chicken during baking. Very good. Serves 4.
