CRISPY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
3-4 lbs. chicken parts
2 eggs, beaten with salt and a little water
2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and place on a large piece of paper. Dip chicken pieces in egg and then in corn flake mixture; press mixture into chicken so that it adheres well. Place prepared pieces on baking tray sprayed with Pam and drizzle a little corn oil over them. Bake 25-30 minutes; turn them over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
