CUCUMBER AND ONION SALAD 
2 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. dill or 1 tsp. fresh dill

Slice cucumbers and onions into 1 1/2 quart glass bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
