ITALIAN POTATOES WITH FENNEL 
3 tbsp. reduced calorie Italian dressing
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
Dash pepper
2 med. white potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except potatoes and cheese. Add potatoes and mix well. Cover and microwave on high 9 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring twice. Let stand, covered for 4 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
