10 red potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (dry)

Cube potatoes and place in 9 x 13 inch cake tin. Cut butter into pieces over tops of potatoes. Sprinkle with dry salad dressing mix. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
