YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and milk; gradually add flour and salt. Pour into hot muffin pans with 1/2 teaspoon shortening melted in each cup. Fill about half way. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat at 350 degrees. Let finish cooking for another 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
