HOT TUNA SALAD | |
2 cans tuna, drained 1 c. diced celery 1/4 c. sliced olives 2 tbsp. chopped green peppers 2 tbsp. pimento 1/2 c. slivered almonds 2/3 c. mayo 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated onion 1/4 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers 2 tbsp. grated sharp cheese 1 tsp. melted butter Combine tuna, celery slices, green peppers, pimento and almonds. In separate bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, onion, celery seed and salt. Blend mixture together, tossing lightly. Place in 8- inch greased baking dish. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated. |
