GREEN TOMATO CATSUP 
4 c. green tomatoes
4 c. onions
4 c. cabbage
12 green sweet peppers
6 red sweet peppers
3 apples
3 ribs celery
Hot pepper to suit taste
1/2 c. salt

Slice (or grind using coarse blade) vegetables. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain well. 1 tbsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. mustard seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric 4 c. vinegar

Pour over vegetables and heat to boiling, simmer 3 minutes. Pack into sterilized jar and seal.
