SUGAR FREE CATSUP 
1 tsp. Sugar Twin
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Dissolve sweetener in vinegar. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Makes about 1/2 cup.

I double this to make a cup.

Cooked the tomato paste along with the seasonings (except sweetener) for about 10 minutes to help them blend in better. Added monkfruit sweetener to taste. Easy and quick way to make ketchup.
