1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. celery salt Dash of paprika Dash of cayenne 1 1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil Combine egg substitute, vinegar, seasonings and 1/4 cup oil in blender. Blend covered at medium speed until well mixed about 5 seconds. Continue blending and add remaining oil in a fine stream through the small hole in the top of the blender until mixture is thick, about 45-60 seconds. Stop motor and scrape ingredients down into blades as needed. Makes 1 3/4 cups. |
