LOW CAL - LOW FAT - LOW
CHOLESTEROL LEMON BARS
 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Sprinkle Sweet sugar sub.
1/2 c. butter (chol. free)
1/2 c. egg beaters
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Confectioners' sugar

Combine in medium bowl 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup Sprinkle Sweet; cut in butter to coarse crumbs. Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. In medium bowl combine egg beaters, lemon juice, lemon peel and remaining flour and Sprinkle Sweet. Pour over pastry crust. Bake 15 minutes more or until done. Cool slightly, sprinkle lightly with confectioners' sugar. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
