GROUND BEEF & CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. potato, sliced
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 slices American cheese

Pat meat in bottom of cold skillet. Layer vegetables. Pour soup over all. Top with cheese. Cook on top of stove 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and bubbly.
