HAMBURGER & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato soup
1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. reg. rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Chop cabbage in medium pieces; spread in bottom of greased baking dish, 9 x 13 x 2 inches. Brown meat and onion in skillet until done and add rice, salt, pepper; spoon mixture over cabbage. Heat tomato soup in pan with water to boiling. Pour over other ingredients, sprinkle on cheese. Cover with foil lightly. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
