BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
6 med. pork chops

Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Fry only until brown on both sides. Put in large casserole and pour barbecue sauce over them and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

BBQ SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup or tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. hot BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. diced onion

Mix all together and pour over chops. This sauce is good on other meats, i.e. meatballs, spare ribs or for baked beans.
