PEACHY TENDER PORK CHOPS | |
1 (29 oz.) can peach halves 6 pork chops, 3/4" thick 1 env. Shake 'n Bake for pork 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. vinegar Drain peaches, reserving the syrup. Moisten chops in 1/4 cup of syrup. Coat chops with seasoned coating mix as directed on package and arrange in single layer on rack in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Place peaches in pan with chops, brush with peach syrup and bake 20 minutes longer or until chops are tender. Meanwhile, heat together 1/2 cup peach syrup, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar. Serve with chops and peaches. Serves 4. |
