ROAST BEEF | |
3 lb. beef roast 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tsp. each garlic and ginger paste 1 cup yogurt Salt to taste Wash meat and dry thoroughly using paper towels. Pierce the meat and make a few gashes with a knife. Marinate with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours. Place the meat in a pressure cooker or a pot with a tight-fitting lid and add 2 cups of water. Cook over medium-low heat until meat is tender and the water has dried up. Cut into slices and serve with ketchup and fries. |
