ITALIAN BEEF 
4 lb. beef roast
1 can beer
1 can pepperoncini and juice
1 can beef consomme or water
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. basil

Cook first 4 ingredients in crock pot until meat falls apart. Add rest of ingredients to broth and simmer. Serve on buns.
