ITALIAN BEEF AU JUS 
3-5 lb. boneless beef roast (rump)

SAUCE:

1 pkg. Au Jus mix
1 pkg. Italian dry salad dressing mix
1 can beef broth
1 can water

Place beef roast in slow cooker; combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served on hard rolls or shredded and served over noodles or rice with the broth thickened with flour.
