Crock Pot Pork Roast with Gravy

 Roxy (California) says:
Made this recipe, it came out delicious. I did change it a bit. I caramelized a whole onion with butter and pork fat then put it in the bottom of crock pot. I covered the pork roast with flour and browned it in a pan with butter and olive oil, then once it's been browned I place over caramelized onions in the crock pot. I add the juice from pan and rest of ingredients. Cook as recipe suggests.

I made gravy by using a sauce pan and adding about 4 tbsp. flour, onion powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I whisked in pot for a couple minutes then added the broth from crock pot. Added salt to taste.

5 stars delicious

Very nice, easy. Left out Worcestershire sauce. Still delicious. Replaces a packet I used to use until I read the label - yucky ingredients. My whole family loved this! Easy to make leftover lunches with too.

This was the easiest and most flavorful pork loin I have ever made! Even the kids were asking for seconds. Will definitely be making this again.

I added a few more cloves for flavour but should I try this recipe again I would use less corn starch.
