2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt (may be too much)
4 c. finely chopped apples

Mix oil, eggs, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir well. Add apples and flour. Stir well. Grease and flour pan (13 x 9 inch). Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
