COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes
1/2 lb. American cheese (diced)
1 lg. onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
2 slices white bread (diced)
Crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk to moisten

Cook potatoes in jackets until tender, then dice. Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into shallow 9x13 baking dish and cover with corn flakes. Add milk to come about 1/2 way up in dish. Pour melted butter over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
