ENCHILADAS 
4 c. tomatoes (soup or sauce can be used)
4 c. mushroom soup
4 c. cooked (drained) hamburger or cooked chunks of turkey
1/2 c. dry taco or enchilada seasoning mix
1/4 c. dry onions or 1 c. fresh
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. chicken broth
2 dozen taco shells (hard) or use Nacho chips

Mix and heat above ingredients except cheese. Layer shells with mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
