Mix:
Cooked hamburger or chicken (boil chicken 1 hour at med. temperature)
Onion seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilies
1 can taco sauce
2-3 tbsp. picante sauce (if you want it hot)

In casserole dish, put a layer of Doritos, topped with cheese. Add above mixture and another layer of Doritos and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
