MEATBALLS (SWEDISH) 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. (each) milk, dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. (each) sour cream, chopped onion
Sm. can mushroom pieces
1 pkg. (each) mushroom gravy mix, Lipton dried onion soup
2 eggs

Mix well; make small balls and brown in oven at 400 degrees for short time (or frying pan). Mix gravy mix and onion soup mix according to package directions; add mushroom pieces. When meatballs are browned, pour gravy mixture over them and continue baking at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 80.
