SWEDISH MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground sausage (Jimmy Dean sage tastes best)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all meatball ingredients together and form 1 inch round balls and lay in 13 x 9 inch glass baking pan. Don't forget to grease the bottom and sides. Bake for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes depending on how your oven works. Kids love to help roll the meatballs.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (8 oz.)
1/2 tbsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat on low heat until hot. Be careful, it splatters. Don't let children too close.

RICE:

2 c. Uncle Bens or Minute Rice

Arrange meatballs on rice and carefully pour the sauce over the top.
