GRANDMA'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. milk 1 finely chopped onion 1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix Combine all ingredients except onion soup mix. Add onion soup to 2 to 3 cups boiling water. Shape meat mixture into small balls and drop into boiling soup mixture. Simmer until meat is done. Thicken soup with flour and water to make gravy. |
