GRANDMA'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1 finely chopped onion
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients except onion soup mix. Add onion soup to 2 to 3 cups boiling water. Shape meat mixture into small balls and drop into boiling soup mixture. Simmer until meat is done. Thicken soup with flour and water to make gravy.

This was such an easy recipe and so good. I used mushroom soup mix and added 1 can of Swanson MSG free soup plus a pkg of mushroom. The meatballs need to simmer in the broth for 30 minutes. Thanks for sharing.
