SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can beef gravy

Blend beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, nutmeg, allspice, egg and milk, one package onion soup mix. Shape mixture into small balls. Brown in oil in a large skillet. Remove meatballs. Discard all but 4 tablespoons drippings.

Blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Gradually stir in water; boil, while stirring, 1 minute. Put in 1 can beef gravy and stir and the onion soup mix. Stir in the sour cream, stir real well. Add the meatballs. Pour over buttered noodles. Serves 6 to 8 people. Preparation time: 1 hour.
