BAKED SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 tsp. water
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cereal flakes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients except water and soup. Shape into balls, place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Blend water and soup, pour over meatballs and bake for 20 minutes more.
