STUFFED DEVILED CHERRY TOMATOES | |
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 2 tbsp. chopped black olives 2 tbsp. chopped celery 1 tbsp. sour cream 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 pt. cherry tomatoes 20 to 25 black olive slices In a small bowl, combine first six ingredients. Cut off tops of tomatoes and remove insides; drain well. Fill with deviled ham mixture and top each with a black olive slice. Serve on a bed of lettuce or parsley. Makes 20 to 25 stuffed tomatoes. Celery or mushrooms may be stuffed with this mixture. Stuff all three for a different look and taste. |
