RHUBARB JAM 
8 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
6 c. sugar
2 lg. pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 env. strawberry Kool-Aid

Combine rhubarb and sugar, let stand at least 2 hours. Boil for about 15 minutes. Add 1 envelope Kool-Aid and 2 packages strawberry Jello. Put in jars and seal. Storage in freezer preferred.
