SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt

Mix together the soup, milk, and pepper. Pour over the potatoes and onion in greased casserole pan. Add butter on top.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour, covered. Then uncover for 15 minutes more until potatoes are done.
