JEWISH COFFEE CAKE 
4 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in order given. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour 2/3 of batter in pan. Spoon 1 can of pie filling over batter. Drizzle remaining batter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle with icing.
