MEATLESS MEATBALLS 
1 c. walnuts
1 c. quick cooking oats
2 eggs
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil

Grind walnuts finely. Mix together walnuts, oats, eggs, sage and salt. Form into balls. Heat olive oil in frypan and brown "meatballs". Transfer meatballs to a shallow casserole and pour sauce over. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Remove cover last 5 minutes.
