SPINACH AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Garlic powder, parsley flakes, basil and pepper for flavor
Swiss cheese slices

Cook spinach and broccoli together in a pan with NO water until thawed. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Last 10 minutes, put Swiss cheese slices on top.
